John founded Worthy Wizard after years at companies that prioritized sales over the people they served. Outside of work, he produces music, plays disc golf, and races RC cars.
Dave Meck
Operations Leader
Electrician, Solar & Energy Management Specialist
With six years at John’s side, Dave is one of our most experienced installers; meticulous about the work and the code that governs it. In his downtime, he’s an avid fisherman.
Kraig Imrie
Field Operations Leader
Electrician, PV Structural Engineering Specialist
Kraig builds clean, precise PV arrays and is just as skilled at guiding customers through their projects. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him on the water boating or fishing.

Quick and agile, Billy is our go-to for tight crawlspaces and tricky array work. In his free time, he’s an avid gamer.
